Starting prices are the lowest price each business posts, as posted: some are per party or per package, others per person, per child, per hour or per tent, and cakes and cookies are priced per cake or per dozen and balloon garlands per foot, so check the unit on each card. Price filter chips use whole-party / package / admission / rental totals; per-person and hourly listings are labeled on the card and do not match those dollar bands as a party total unless a confirmed minimum booking total is known. “Not posted yet” means the business doesn’t publish a price — those listings stay in the results when you filter by price unless you uncheck “Include listings without a posted price.” Parties that come to you show under an area when they say they serve the Austin metro or name that area.
